CAZA Collective is recruiting for a highly respected, family-owned luxury jewelry retailer seeking a polished, relationship-driven Sales Associate to join their showroom team in Cupertino, California.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by welcoming clients with professionalism, warmth, and personalized service.
Guide clients through engagement ring, bridal, anniversary, custom jewelry, repair, estate jewelry, and milestone purchases.
Build lasting relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up, referrals, and ongoing communication.
Educate clients on diamonds, gemstones, fine jewelry, custom design, and repair services to ensure confident purchasing decisions.
Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall showroom performance.
Develop new business through networking, community involvement, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.
Maintain ownership of your sales pipeline and demonstrate strong follow-through throughout the client journey.
Continue expanding your product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
Support merchandising, showroom presentation, inventory organization, and daily operational activities.
Assist with client events, promotions, appointments, and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate closely with ownership and fellow team members to maintain a positive, luxury-focused culture.
Demonstrate leadership potential by leading through personal sales performance, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional client service.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience required.
5+ years of luxury retail or fine jewelry sales experience preferred.
Fine jewelry experience is highly preferred; however, candidates from luxury retail, watches, bridal, fashion, beauty, hospitality, high-end furniture, or other relationship-based sales environments will also be considered.
Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
Professional appearance and confidence working within a luxury retail environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, coachable, dependable, and highly accountable.
Comfortable with proactive outreach, networking, and business development activities.
Ability to pass a background check.
Desire to build a long-term career with future leadership opportunities.
COMPENSATION
Hourly compensation of $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Sales incentive opportunities.
Potential discretionary year-end bonus based on business performance.
