We specialize in high-end custom jewelry designed in-house with 3D CAD software and cast on-site in our own foundry. This is a production-focused role — not repairs.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Bench Jeweler to join our manufacturing team. This full-time position focuses on precision stone setting, assembly, and finishing of high-end custom pieces using platinum, gold, diamonds, and gemstones in a clean, well-equipped workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced stone setting (prong, bezel, channel, pavé, micropavé, flush, and more)
Precision assembly, soldering, fitting, and finishing of cast components
Quality control and polishing to the highest standards
Collaboration with our CAD designers and casting team
Meeting production timelines while maintaining excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bench Jeweler with strong stone-setting and metalworking skills (soldering, fabrication, assembly, finishing)
Proficiency with precious metals and fine gemstones
Ability to interpret CAD designs and execute with precision
Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and commitment to quality
Portfolio of high-end custom work
Salary is TBD based on abilities and experience, with performance incentives available.
