Client Relations Specialist
ANR Diamonds Inc., a premier New York City based (B2B) wholesale diamond and fine jewelry firm, is seeking a seasoned Client Relations & Sales Executive to join our team. With over three decades in the industry, we specialize in High quality GIA Certified natural diamonds and fine jewelry, serving a distinguished network of retailers and private clients.
This opportunity is best suited for a polished professional who understands the nuances of luxury sales, values long-term relationships, and can operate with a high level of independence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and manage high-value client relationships within the luxury and jewelry space
* Drive sales through relationship-building, product expertise, and consistent client engagement
* Handle inquiries, sourcing requests, and order execution with precision and professionalism
* Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business
* Collaborate internally to ensure seamless delivery and an elevated client experience
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in luxury sales, client relations, or account management
* Ability to work independently with minimal training, bringing immediate value through prior experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined, professional presence
* Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in a high-touch environment
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Highly Preferred:
* Existing clientele or established book of business
* Background in Diamonds and Fine Jewelry

Requirements
Proven experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Demonstrated expertise in Client Relations and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies
Must be located in commutable distance to New York City Metropolitan Area, United States
