Description

As a Rolex Watchmaker, you will possess a sharp attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of the complexities of Rolex watches. You will play a critical role in servicing and maintaining Rolex timepieces, ensuring that they meet the brand's uncompromising standards of precision and quality. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform full servicing of Rolex watches, including movement adjustments, case refinishing, bracelet repairs, and more.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all work meets Rolex's stringent quality control standards and is completed within established timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment while adhering to safety protocols and watchmaking best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date with new Rolex innovations, watchmaking technologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with Rolex certification requirements. 

Requirements:

• Level 30 or 40 Rolex-Watchmaker
• Strong knowledge of Rolex movements, components, and service protocols.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
