We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for cultivating relationships that will help Garfield deliver industry-leading refining services. What You Will Be Doing:
Prospecting new leads, following up on marketing leads, and uncovering new opportunities from the company’s existing client base
Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to landing deals
Setting sales targets, tracking sales goals and reporting results
Hunting new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long term partnerships
Representing Garfield at industry tradeshows to connect with clients and develop new business opportunities (10-20% travel required)
Promoting Garfield’s brand and educating prospective clients on our services
You might be a good fit if you have:
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience, preferably B2B sales exposure
A relationship builder and adept at engaging with diverse client profiles
Passion for learning and can quickly convert their learning into productive sales; who can effectively explain service features, advantages and benefits
Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer issues or needs
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
