About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, Rolex-certified watchmaker Level 30 to join our boutique service team at LV Luxury Jewelers. This is a precision-focused, client-adjacent role — you will be responsible for the complete service and repair of Rolex timepieces to manufacture standards, and interface directly with clients to communicate service details and timelines as needed.
The ideal candidate brings both exceptional technical mastery and an understanding of the elevated experience expected at the luxury boutique level.
Responsibilities:
Complete service, assembly, and repair of Rolex watches in strict accordance with manufacture guidelines and quality standards
Perform detailed mechanical diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, timing, and regulation
Conduct quality control inspections at each stage of service to ensure precision, accuracy, and aesthetics
Maintain thorough documentation of all work performed, parts used, and service history
Communicate professionally with clients or sales associates regarding service timelines, findings, and recommendations
Sustain a clean, organized, and properly equipped service workspace at all times
Stay current with Rolex service protocols, technical updates, and best practices
Requirements
Rolex Certification (Rolex-certified Level 30 watchmaker in good standing) — required
Minimum 3–5 years of professional watchmaking experience, preferably in a luxury retail or authorized service environment
Deep mechanical expertise in high-precision, high-complication Swiss movements
Exceptional dexterity and attention to detail when working with micro-components
Professional verbal communication skills; ability to confidently discuss service details with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and manage a personal workflow queue with precision and accountability
Familiarity with watch timing equipment, ultrasonic cleaners, laser engraving and standard watchmaking instruments
