We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Watchmaker to manage our in house service center and provide world class care for our clients' extraordinary timepieces.

Role Overview:

The Master Watchmaker will be responsible for the complete diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of premium luxury timepieces. This role demands a deep understanding of complex mechanical movements and a meticulous approach to restoration and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complete overhauls, maintenance, and regulation on mechanical, automatic, and high complication movements.
Diagnose mechanical faults and execute precise repairs using appropriate horological tools.
Execute case polishing, refinishing, and ultrasonic cleaning to factory specifications.
Conduct rigorous water resistance testing and quality control protocols.
Manage parts inventory and communicate effectively with our showroom staff regarding repair timelines.
Provide expert guidance to clientele regarding the care, winding, and preservation of their luxury investments.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

WOSTEP, CW21, or equivalent professional watchmaking certification is strongly preferred.
A minimum of seven to ten years of dedicated bench experience working directly with premium luxury brands.
Exceptional hand eye coordination and an uncompromising standard of quality.
Proficiency in operating advanced timing machines, pressure testers, and standard watchmaking machinery.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor suitable for a high end retail environment.
