Adamas Diamonds USA , part of the Diamonds Select Group of Companies , is looking for highly motivated sales consultants from Chicago to join our newly opened office in the Aon building in central Chicago.
The senior roles includes high end jewellery and loose diamonds sales throughout the USA and Internationally
Applicants should display an ability to rise to the challenge by accepting ownership of the role and driving it to exceed expectations.
This sales-based role, provides a unique opportunity and involves working with some of the most respected companies globally, continually building working relationships and increasing revenue.
The successful applicant will be required travel both domestically and internationally as well as assisting with running the Chicago based office. French speaking applicants will be highly regarded.
Extensive travel periods may be required. Consultants must be able to accommodate a minimum 20 weeks (non-consecutively) annually away from home base.
Travel arrangements may change at a moment’s notice and the successful applicants must have flexibility to cater for change.
The role will require dedicated professionals with a proven sales record who can work in a structured environment. Applicants with experience in the Jewelery and Diamond industry will be highly regarded.
It is imperative that the successful candidate leads by example in the sales process. This includes actively seeking out new business, building client relationships and following up on all potential sales opportunities for the entire team.
Offering the highest level of customer service always, is a requirement of the role. Sales mediums operate to include face to face meetings, virtual appointments, email and phone opportunities and exhibitions.
The ability to work within a team environment and offer new ideas is essential. Highly developed communication skills along with leadership abilities are a must.
Consultants will be expected to assist with the day to day running of the Chicago Corporate Office as well as with preparations and running of team operations including exhibitions.
Full training will be provided with the expectation that skills learnt would be applied immediately.
