About the Role
Are you passionate about jewelry, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences? Rustic & Main is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to lead our retail location in Huntersville, NC. We’re looking for someone with a sparkling personality, a knack for sales, and expertise in engagement rings and gemstones to guide our team and delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service, with an emphasis on helping clients select engagement rings and understand gemstone qualities.
Drive retail sales and meet or exceed store goals while maintaining Rustic & Main’s welcoming and story-rich atmosphere.
Manage inventory, merchandise displays, and ensure the store reflects Rustic & Main’s craftsmanship and style.
Train, mentor, and motivate store associates, fostering a high-performing team environment.
Build lasting relationships with customers and cultivate community connections.
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical, trustworthy business practices.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay equivalent to $65,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience).

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven retail management or leadership experience, preferably in jewelry or fashion.
Strong business and analytical skills with the ability to set and achieve goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage others.
Knowledge of engagement rings, gemstones, jewelry trends, and general trade practices.
Natural leadership qualities: self-motivated, trustworthy, ethical, and confident decision-making.
Active listening and creative problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling negotiations and building customer relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management, or equivalent experience (preferred).
A gemology diploma, GIA certification, or Jewelers of America Management Professional Certification is a plus.
Ability to work Saturdays is required.
