Happy Jewelers, www.happyjewelers.com is locally owned & operated in Fullerton, CA. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our team full-time. As an experienced watchmaker, you will be responsible for the assembly, repair, and maintenance of various types of watches. You will work with high-end timepieces, ensuring that they meet our stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, extensive knowledge of watch mechanics, a passion for horology and precision craftsmanship.

Requirements
Key Requirements:
Rolex certification at minimum Level 40 required with prior experience in servicing Rolex timepieces.
Several years of experience as a watchmaker and watch polisher.
CW21 Certification (or comparable proof of expertise in watchmaking).
Proven experience with servicing a variety of watches, including luxury brands like Rolex, Patek Phillipe, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Breitling, Cartier, and more.
Extensive knowledge of repairing, adjusting, and maintaining commonly used watch calibers (e.g., ETA 7750 and similar movements).
Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and standards.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Ability to complete an on-site bench test and personality assessment for final selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs, servicing, and maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and quartz watches.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with watches, including movement problems and aesthetic repairs.
Assemble and disassemble watch movements and components with precision.
Conduct quality control checks on finished pieces to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and watch care.
Stay updated on the latest watch technologies and trends in the industry.
